Accuracy and waste reduction
The system accurately doses down to 0.01 g, allowing formulas to be prepared and accurately replicated at any time.
Simultaneous production of multiple colors
Multiple orders can be placed on the input roller conveyor, allowing the CR to process several jobs simultaneously: up to four in the CR4 and six in the CR6. Once submitted, each order runs independently, without requiring operator presence or intervention.
Operational continuity
Toners can be refilled at any time and simultaneously, without stopping production. Constant agitation and total recirculation keep products homogeneous.
Optimal products condition
A temperature sensor and heater keep toners at the correct temperature, preserving their characteristics and ensuring optimal dosing.
Automatic cleaning
The built-in brush keeps the valves perfectly clean after each dispensing.
Integration and compatibility
The system is compatible with any third-party software to facilitate incorporation into existing workflows and integration with spectrophotometers and formula software.
Remote support and minimal maintenance
Bidirectional communication allows technicians to monitor the machine, resolve issues remotely, and drastically reduce downtime.

The CR project was designed to innovate the color mixing process in the car refinish industry, going beyond the limits of traditional solutions. The system features a modular configuration ranging from 16 to 96 circuits, with in 0.5 L, 1.5 L and 3 L canisters, and allows precise dosing of any color from as little as 30 g. Alfa’s patented pumps ensure 100% product recirculation, preventing sedimentation and eliminating the need for purging. Compatible with both water-based and solvent-based products, the CR system offers unmatched flexibility and efficiency for every workflow.
