The Nova Paint Club is an industry group consisting of the world’s leading independent paint manufacturers. It was founded in 1983 by forward thinking paint companies looking for an new way to compete against the largest multinationals. Last week, the Nova Paint Club held a meeting of its Board and Technical Directors in Tortona (Italy). The meeting was hosted by Boero Spa who invited Alfa to take part as “guest speaker” to talk about innovation in the Coating Industry.

During the event, Alfa talked about the challenges the paint field is facing today and how its technologies can support producers in enhancing their businesses and becoming more competitive. It was above all the Master System to catch the attention of the audience, a system that represents a real breakthrough in the way paint is formulated and produced. During the discussion, other key points were represented by two of the most innovative Alfa smart units:

• the Color Lab, tool to produce paint samples in laboratory starting from 100cc empty cans
• the Color Tester, vending machine to produce 100cc paint samples starting, designed to enter new sales channels and promote color.
